Life’s Greatest
Influence
By: Sharon S.Y Chow
Groveling over growing pain of many years of
Restless toils when plenty hours worked in an
Environment entirely difficult to
Adjust because of young aged experiences during
Times of toil and transportation in homeland and
Education when chronicles of desperate need of
Safety, which was scarce, was all parents could heed, when
Tears
and troublesome hearts are weighted because horror struck indeed
Indefinitely,
those events had impacted the life of this individual, but
Never
once was to complain or become bitter at such times
For he always knew something better would come along and
Lovely as it was during the time of his prime (teenage years), a
U-turn of life when opportunity was fresh in his face when
Eventually he could start anew after coming to the
New world from overseas and starting an Americanized life,
Carrying and supporting a family business permitted him
Entitles many characteristics admired when gone through most battles with
sincerity, hard-working, perseverance, hope, understanding, faithfulness, and
loyalty.
Figuring that life only comes once, he’d make the best of it
After all he’s been through, he’d want none of
Those who are close to him to undergo the same
Harsh realities of the world; he’d like to protect them
Even though he knows he can’t forever, I’d like him to know Christ, who is
Righteous in all he does, that way I’d have him and Christ in heaven.
