『作者简介』海风，1966年生于四川，24岁获得工学博士学位，26岁晋升副教授，30岁评为教授。曾荣获国家教委及省部级科技进步奖五次，第五届霍英东全国青年教授研究奖获得者，英国皇家学会对华研究员奖获得者等。十年前被中央电视台、光明日报、科技日报等采访报道过。1999年初入选《世界名人录》、《世界科学与工程名人录》，并于同年6月被英国剑桥国际名人录授予本世纪杰出人才奖。现在美国IT行业工作。
